Online Safety

Parental Guidance
  • At Prince Edward Primary School we recognise the importance of the online world in the lives of our children. However we also know this presents challenges and risks for the children alongside all of the amazing benefits. We work hard to ensure the children are prepared for the online world they encounter and also work with them to prepare them for their futures. It is important that school and parents/ carers work together to keep children safe.

In school we have an Online Safety Team made up of relevant staff and also a child-led team representing the whole school. We have a comprehensive Online Safety Policy and also an Online Safety Curriculum which is cross-curricular while focusing on overlaps with PSHE and Computing.

You can find out more about how to help keep your child safe and how to report any concerns you have on this page. We welcome your support and comments.
